Fry the bacon cubes in a very hot pan with some olive oil. Heat the penne for 30 sec. in slightly salted boiling water, drain and pour into the pan as soon as the bacon is golden brown. Add arrabiata sauce, mix well and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Dress and garnish with parmesan flakes and chopped basil.
