Mezzalune Quattro Formaggi with Parmesan cream sauce

Heat the sauce in a pan and add the Parmesan and cream.

Heat the filled pasta for 5 min. in slightly salted boiling water.

Dress the sauce on a plate, place the Mezzalune on top and garnish with the pancetta crunch and a chervil leaf.
