- Mini Macaroni (ref.A8) - 300 g
- Quattro Formaggi sauce (ref.H12) - 150 g
- Ham cooked with fine herbs - 2 à 3 slices
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- 1 egg yolk (for decoration) - 1 pc.
- Chopped chives - 1 csp.
- Eggshell (pasteurized)(decoration) - 1 pc.

Ham and cheese macaroni
Preparation
Heat the sauce following the instructions on the packaging.
Reheat the mini-macaroni in lightly salted boiling water for 30 sec. and drain carefully.
Mix the mini-macaroni with the sauce and season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
Dress on a warm deep plate, arrange the ham chiffonnades nicely and finish the decoration with the chopped chives and the egg yolk.
