Heat the sauce following the instructions on the packaging.
Reheat the mini-macaroni in lightly salted boiling water for 30 sec. and drain carefully.
Mix the mini-macaroni with the sauce and season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
Dress on a warm deep plate, arrange the ham chiffonnades nicely and finish the decoration with the chopped chives and the egg yolk.
