Ingredients
- Tagliatelli (A10-XL) - 250 g (5 nests)
- Maffioso sauce (H14) - 200 g
- Salmon fillet - 150 g
- Gray shrimps - 20 g
- Pink pepper - ½ csp
- Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
- Chopped dill - ½ csp
- Chopped candied tomatoes - 1 csp
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Watercress (decorative) - 3 leaves

- Salmon fillet - 150 g
- Gray shrimps - 20 g
- Pink pepper - ½ csp
- Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
- Chopped dill - ½ csp
- Chopped candied tomatoes - 1 csp
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Watercress (decorative) - 3 leaves
Salmone Maffioso
Preparation
Mix together the mustard seeds, pink pepper, chopped dill, chopped candied tomatoes, salt and pepper. Lightly oil the salmon fillet and cover with this spice mixture. Place in the oven at 210° C for 7 to 9 min.
Heat the Mafioso sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat the tagliatelli nests for 75 sec. in lightly salted boiling water and drain. When the pasta has drained, mix it with the sauce in the pan.
Arrange the tagliatelli in a warm, deep plate and place the salmon fillet on top. Garnish with the gray shrimps and watercress leaves.
