- Whole wheat Fusilli (A17-10) - 300g
- Mascarpone Rosso sauce (H25) 120g
- Aubergine cubes 140g
- Chips of dry ham 2 pcs
- Olive oil 2 tabelspoons
- Salt and pepper
Fry the aubergine cubes in a pan with olive oil. Heat the Wholewheat Fusilli for 30 sec. in slightly salted boiling water, drain and add to the pan. Fry everything for 1 min. on high heat and add the Mascarpone Rosso sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Dress and garnish with the dry ham chips.
