- Cod fillet - 120 g
- Fiori Scampi all' Aglio e Limone (D22) - 2 pcs
- Hollandaise sauce (H34) - 60 g
- Green beans +/- 10 pcs
- Salt and pepper
Cook the cod in the steamer or in a court bouillon.
Heat the Hollandaise sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.
Blanch the princess beans or cook them in the steamer.
Heat the Fiori Scampis all'Aglio e Limone in lightly salted boiling water for 5 min. and drain.
Arrange the cod on a bed of sauce, arrange the fiori and the princess beans nicely on the plate and decorate with green beans cut into thin slices.
