Can I simply defrost the tabbouleh and then serve it immediately as a cold salad?

Many catering operators simply thaw the tabbouleh. Due to the abundance of fruit and vegetables in our tabbouleh, we recommend for food safety reasons to use the product only after full heating to the core (microwave or pan)! Then let the tabbouleh cool down in the fridge before serving as a cold salad or side dish.

Is your tabbouleh 'ready to eat'?
I heated up a portion pack of penne according to your instructions, but the bag exploded. Shouldn't you check the heating instructions more closely before putting them on a package?
Isn't your pasta better from the water than from the microwave?
Can I also heat your pasta in a microwave?
