Heat the Mac & Cheese in a pan with a little olive oil, stirring constantly and season if necessary. Heat the Premium Cheddar Sauce according to the instructions on the package. Butter the outsides of the bread slices and spread the sauce on one inside of the bread. Spread the Mac & Cheese on top and close with the other slice of bread.
Toast everything in the salamander. Dress the salad and arrange the toast nicely on the plate, with a jar of cold arrabiata sauce instead of ketchup.
Tip
For a more spicy version, replace the Premium Cheddar sauce with the Bandido sauce.
