Pour some olive oil into a large pan and let heat lightly over medium heat. Place the paella in the pan and heat over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

The paella is ready when the pieces of pollack are cooked.

Dress and arrange some garnish.

Tip

For large volumes, it will be best to prepare the paella in the oven following the instructions on the packaging.
