Greek farfalle salad

Serve cold
Grate the zucchini and fry in a pan with the olive oil and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Heat the Farfalle for 30 sec. in slightly salted boiling water and drain. Add the farfalle to the pan and season to taste. Dress and garnish with Parmesan flakes and basil leaves.
