You are of course completely free to do what you want. We remark both options with our customers. Either you go for a fixed price per cup, or you ask for toppings a little extra.

Don't worry, this is very normal. Pasta is a starch product, and the cloudy water is the logical consequence of starch mixing with the water. Pure nature! If you think it doesn’t looks tasty, replace the water once a day.

Despite the fact that it is always better to have a hood, there is no problem if you don't have it in your food truck. Because our pasta is already 100% precooked, the water does not need to really boil to heat the pasta. Regulate your water at 95° C and you will have much less evaporation.

In principle, our pasta cups are not designed to heat up frozen pasta and cold sauce. But they can resist max. 2 minutes at 750 Watt. It’s therefore no problem to have a cup filled with pasta and sauce in the afternoon and heat it up in the microwave in the evening.

Definitely! They are made of paper and coated with a PLA film.

That's a very good question! A question to which we know the answer, but the answer depends on several factors. It is best to discuss this with one of our representatives. The most important thing you need is hot water! A simple cooking kettle with a basket or a sieve is already sufficient. But for a slightly professional approach there are pasta cookers on the market. This should not be a major investment and you are already well prepared investing a few 100 euros. Combine this with a bain-marie for the sauces, possibly a saladette in which you can present some toppings and your "pasta bar" is ready.

That is not a problem at all! Many of our customers have a different core business, and added a pasta concept to their existing range. Nice to know is the fact that only a minor investment is required and that our products can be used without losses or surpluses. So it's definitely worth a try.

We assure that only a low investment will be needed. A pasta cooker and a bain-marie for sauces will bring you already very far. If you buy new material, you usually get off with a few 100 euros. And you don't need that much space: 1 m² is enough for both a pasta cooker and a bain-marie.
